Dr. Nivien Saleh is Assistant Professor of Global Studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the author of the book Third World Citizens and the Information Technology Revolution.
She is an expert on the politics and culture of the Middle East, ways of democratizing governance at the national and global level, and the use of information technology for advancing democracy.
